Katie
Katie came to Elizabeth Soulos Fitness with the aim to lose 20kgs and feel confident about herself. After having two babies, Katie’s focus was to eliminate the weight from her abdominals, and overall physique.
To cater to Katie’s goal and focus, Elizabeth Soulos Fitness tailored a program that directed the exercises to these areas – some which included Flutter Crunches and the Russian Twist. This program was not achieved on its own. The power of Katie’s dedication to the program at the gym and living a healthy lifestyle added to her goal.
At the end of Katie’s program, Katie was able to lose 20kgs and continue to build up the confidence in herself. Today, Katie has kept to her goal and not looked back.
Jack
Jack came to Elizabeth Soulos Fitness with the aim to lose 5kgs and keep it off! Jack needed a routine that he could follow with ease to achieve his goal of staying in shape and keeping that confidence.
To cater to Jack’s goal, Elizabeth Soulos Fitness tailored a program that directed the exercises to his full physique – focussing on gym routines and some lifestyle adjustments. Jack’s dedication to the program by attending the gym 3 days a week and walking on his days off allowed him to work towards his goal further.
At the end of Jack’s program, Jack was able to continue with his new, healthy lifestyle routine and stay confident with himself.
Angela
Angela came to Elizabeth Soulos Fitness with the aim to have round, firm buttocks. As simple as it sounds, it still takes a lot of training and motivation to hit this area successfully.
To cater to Angela’s goal and focus, Elizabeth Soulos Fitness tailored a program that directed the exercises to the areas around the buttocks. This included a focus on the glutes and legs using consistent exercises such as Deadlifts and Hip Thrusts. Angela’s dedication to the program at the gym of 3 days a week over 12 weeks allowed her to push towards her goal more.
At the end of Angela’s program, Angela was able to wear her dream pair of firm buttocks, and continues to wear them with pride.
