About Elizabeth Soulos

Elizabeth is a true believer in being the best version of yourself – physically, mentally and spiritually.

Elizabeth was always sporty growing up, so when she found herself distracted by work, studies, social life, travels, and other endeavours, she lost the focus of her own fitness goals. So to turn this around, Elizabeth decided to create fitness guidelines to follow, and that’s when Elizabeth Soulos Fitness was created. 

Although life can steer you in all kinds of directions it’s super important to take the time to focus on your own wellbeing. Exercise and a nutritional diet truly helps Elizabeth connect the mind, body and soul to feel happiness, be healthy and be strong. For this reason, Elizabeth encourages others to be the best version of themselves.
